Barrier concept
A natural collagen fiber structure for protected regeneration.
GoroRise RCM is designed to separate the grafted area from rapidly proliferating soft tissue while supporting clot stabilization and guided healing. The membrane retains the layered fiber architecture of bovine pericardium to balance flexibility, handling and mechanical integrity.
Sustained barrier function
The source page reports an 8–10 week barrier period and total degradation over approximately 24–28 weeks, based on its cited laboratory and in-vivo comparisons. Actual performance depends on the clinical environment and must be interpreted with the current IFU.
Thin, flexible and tear resistant
The bovine-pericardium matrix is designed to adapt over the grafted site while retaining sufficient tensile and tear resistance for positioning and fixation. Careful flap design and tension-free closure remain essential.
Product specifications
Six membrane formats for different defect geometries.
The original specification table lists 15 × 15, 20 × 15, 25 × 15, 30 × 20, 40 × 30 and 60 × 40 mm formats. Confirm availability, orientation, hydration and fixation instructions in the current market-specific labeling.
