Quality, environment and workplace safety
Our quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems establish documented responsibilities, controls and review mechanisms.
About · ESG & Nachhaltigkeit
Our ESG work starts with what already happens inside Trusyou: medical-device quality, safe operations, resource recovery and practical improvements to energy and packaging.

Our starting point
This is the first stage of Trusyou's consolidated ESG program. We describe established systems and current improvement projects, distinguish estimates from verified data, and will expand quantitative disclosure as evidence and ownership are confirmed.
What is already in place
These are existing practices and management foundations—not future promises.
Our quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems establish documented responsibilities, controls and review mechanisms.
Design control, production and inspection records, complaint handling and market-specific regulatory review support patient safety and dependable products.
Manufacturing and controlled-environment systems operate continuously. That makes reliable electricity data and efficiency per unit of output important priorities.
Retired carbide tools are collected and transferred to a specialized recycling channel instead of being mixed with general waste.
Improvement projects
Figures shown here are preliminary management estimates. They are not presented as audited performance data and will be updated after source records are checked.
Current observationA preliminary internal estimate places annual electricity cost at approximately RMB 700,000–800,000.
Next stepReconcile monthly bills, production hours and output before setting reduction targets.
Current observationCurrent small-box packaging is estimated to contain about 30% unoccupied space and uses a plastic insert plus multiple print finishes.
Next stepTest shared cartons distinguished by labels while validating protection, transport and sterility requirements.
Current observationTools are currently retired after early external-defect signals and are sold through a carbide recovery channel rather than reground.
Next stepIntroduce tool-life records and evaluate safe reuse or regrinding only where product quality will not be compromised.
Current observationRelevant work exists across quality, EHS, production and procurement, but ESG data has not yet been consolidated into one reporting process.
Next stepAssign metric owners, evidence requirements, review dates and an annual approval workflow.

Management foundations
Trusyou's existing certificates provide a foundation for quality, environmental management and occupational health and safety. Current documents and registration information can be reviewed on the certifications page.

Annual disclosure
Approved annual reports will be published here. Each report will retain its original reporting period and publication status.
It will be released here after source data, reporting boundaries and internal approvals are complete.
Disclosure principle
We will publish quantitative claims only when their boundaries, calculation methods, evidence and responsible owners are clear.
